We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a gathering of MSU students, faculty and the Bozeman community on Main Street in Downtown Bozeman. We’ll be closing down Main Street to invite everyone to enjoy live music by The Clinton’s, 10ft Tall and 80 Proof and Landlocked. There will also be free Redneck Sausages, hamburgers, and Pepsi products as well as other free items for students and faculty with appropriate identification such as “Senior Send-Off” cups, Gold Rush T-shirts, koozies and more. Don’t miss this great chance to get the MSU community together in Downtown and for the general public to help thank MSU for being an essential part of the Bozeman Community through food and fun!

The event is FREE and open to the public and will go on snow or shine!

The Gallatin Valley Farmer’s Market is every Saturday from the 3rd week in June through the 2nd week in September and runs from 9-noon. Every thing sold at the market is homemade or homegrown. We have local growers, artists, crafters, frozen meats and prepared foods. We also accept the Bozeman Senior Center Produce Vouchers. Every Thursday evening for 8 weeks in July and August from 6:30pm – 8:30PM enjoy live music in downtown Bozeman. Bring the kids from 6:30 PM to 8 PM for planned activities like Kenyon Noble’s Junior Carpenter program and educational games with the Museum of the Rockies and Children’s Museum. The annual car show is located on Main Street between Willson and Rouse Avenues. The show will last from 9AM till 3PM on the 3rd Sunday in August. Car enthusiasts are invited to enter their vehicles in the show – all classes are welcome! You may pre-register or register the day of the show. Dash plaques will be given to the first 50 cars to register and trophies will be awarded in all classes including Best of Show.

Be a part of Downtown Bozeman’s greatest holiday tradition…the Christmas Stroll. On Sat., Dec. 5th at 4:30PM Santa Claus works his way from the Emerson Cultural Center down Main Street, singing Christmas carols and lighting the downtown holiday lights with more than 6,000 people in tow as Bozeman's annual Christmas Stroll gets people into the holiday (shopping) spirit. Enjoy horse drawn wagon rides, pictures with Santa Claus, the gingerbread house display, entertainment, holiday treats and much more! The fun lasts until 7:30PM.  Check out the "current news" link on the homepage of this website to view the most recent list of activites at the Stroll or pick up a Stroll packet inserted into the Chronicle on the Friday prior to the Stroll!
